International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide using trusted international postal and courier partners. International delivery times usually range between 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Return Policy
At Buekour Tokoli, every piece is thoughtfully created with care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. As many of our items are custom-made and produced on demand, we encourage customers to read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Please note that:
- Custom-made, personalised, and made-on-demand pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Because each piece is specially produced, slight variations in print placement, colour tone, or detailing may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of the garment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include clear photos of the item and your order number.
- Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent, or
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Buekour Tokoli is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled due to the made-on-demand nature of our products.
